(April 13, 2016) – Chicago-based integrated marketing communications agency, David James Group (DJG), and local area public relations consultancy, Chris Martin Public Relations (CMPR), have converged in an effort to expand both agency’s health care and association communications services. The fusion will provide both sets of B2B and association clients an opportunity to benefit from an expanded service offering. As a result of the fold, Chris Martin has joined DJG as vice president of public relations, bringing more than 20 years of health care communications and public relations experience to the team.

Martin’s experience in health care public relations includes stints with the American Dental Association, American Osteopathic Association, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and Rush University Medical Center, in addition to his own practice, CMPR. As part of the fusion, CMPR clients will now be serviced under DJG, including The Hearing Doctors, Pandit Foot and Ankle Clinic, The Illinois Nurses Association, Planmeca USA and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
Chris has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts, English from Illinois State University.
